Return Policy

RETURN POLICY 2023: After purchasing your Product(s) original art, mono-prints, limited edition print on canvas or paper, or any of our other fine products, we will happily extend the opportunity for you to retain the artwork for 10 calendar days from delivery so that you may be certain you would like to permanently keep and enjoy it. Each limited edition artwork is custom imprinted as it is ordered. If within that 10 calendar day time you decide to return the artwork we will gladly issue a refund at our sole discretion as follows: 1. The artwork MUST be returned in it's original condition with no damage or impairments to the artwork. 2. You must pay for all shipping and insurance (required at full value of art) for charges both outbound (to you) and inbound (returned to our studio pre-paid out of pocket).
3. You must use the original packaging to ship the art back to us. 4. Products must be shipped as "signature required" with a "tracking number" so that we can confirm receipt. 5. Since each limited edition artwork is custom imprinted as it is ordered, you will be charged a restocking fee of either 25%, or production cost, whichever is greater. Original art restocking fee is 25% or greater, at our sole discretion. Custom art created specifically for you is non-refundable once visual sample is approved.

Keep in mind that sample colors, sizes and specifications may vary due to factors such as monitor or printer calibration, stretching, shrinking, humidity etc. which are factors we cannot control.  Once we receive the artwork and upon inspection we will, at our sole discretion, issue a refund within 15 days, less above noted charges.

Example:  Product cost $100. Shipping to you cost $10. Tax cost $8. Shipping back to us with insurance cost $14 out of pocket. Your refund is calculated as $100 - 25% restock = $75, less ship outbound $10. Total refund is $75 - $10 = $65 + refunded tax $8 = $73.

All returns require a Return to Studio Authorization (RSA) number label clearly affixed to the exterior of the packaging. We will not accept a return without the label which we will provide to you.

We do not reimburse shipping or insurance you pay out of pocket to ship back to us. In special circumstances we may prepay return freight however we will deduct that from any refund.

After 10 calendar days from receipt there are no refunds. We will not accept a return of the artwork or any product after the 10 days. Custom art is non-refundable. Sorry no exceptions.
